Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Mulled Wine
Ingredients:
1 Bottle Of Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Wine
2 Teaspoons Orange Zest
2 Oranges Juiced
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Cups Mango Juice
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
Directions:
1.In a Crockpot or large saucepan combine, Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Wine, orange zest, juice from the oranges, vanilla, Mango juice, brown sugar and fresh cranberries.
2.)Stir until sugar is dissolved and bring to a simmer.
3.)Serve hot or warm!
Enjoy with Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Corn Muffins or your favorite dessert!

Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Corn Muffins
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Wine
¼ Cup Cranberry Sauce
¼ Cup Fresh Cranberries
¼ Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese
8 ½ Ounces Corn Muffin Mix
Directions:
1.)Preheat oven to 400˚F
2.)Whisk egg. Add in Cranberry Blanc wine, Cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries, mix well. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy)
3.Rest batter for 5 minutes
4.)Grease a muffin pan.
5.)Fill muffin tins ½ to ¾ full of batter sprinkle with Monterey Jack Pepper cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cranberry Blanc Risotto
Ingredients:
2 Cups Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Wine
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ Cup Leeks, Chopped
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1 Cup Short Grain White Rice
¼ Cup Feta Cheese
½ Cup Dried Sweetened Cranberries
Directions:
1.)Pour Ferrante’s Cranberry Blanc Wine into a small sauce pan and place on medium-high heat. Bring to boil.
2.)Add 2 Tablespoons olive oil to 1 quart sauce pan and place over high heat.
3.)Add leeks, salt & pepper
4.)Sauté until leeks are translucent.
5.)Add the rice
6.)Add the boiling Cranberry wine. Stir. Cover. Turn heat down to a simmer.
7.)Let simmer for 20 minutes
8.)Remove from heat, add Feta cheese and sweetened dried cranberries, stir well.

Ice Wine Festival
Join Ferrante Winery, Debonne Vineyards, Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant, Laurello Vineyards & St. Joseph Vineyards for Ohio's 8th Annual Ice Wine Festival, a progressive tasting of the ice wine produced in the Grand River Valley.
Saturdays March 3rd & 10th & 17th, noon-5 p.m.
Each winery will provide a sample of their ice wines along with a complimentary appetizer. Enjoy a featured event at each establishment.
