Along with internationally award-winning ice wines paired with delicious appetizers, some of the wineries will have added "extras" for you to enjoy. At Ferrante, we will be featuring dinner specials in the evening to complement our ice wine. At the other wineries, enjoy ice carving, dog-sledding demonstrations, wine glass painting, artisan jewelry and progressive dinners. Most of these extras are free. Plus, many of my fellow winemakers will be on hand for you to talk with and there will be plenty of other wines to taste.
