Fig Baked Brie


8-ounce wheel of Brie

½ cup fig jam

¼ cup sliced figs

½ cup Ferrante’s Grand River Valley Riesling

¼ cup slivered almonds

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 tablespoon honey



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the Brie in a small oven-safe skillet, and place the skillet on a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine fig jam, figs, Ferrante’s Grand River Valley Riesling, and orange zest. Spoon the mixture on top of the Brie.
  3. Bake until the cheese is heated through, 15 to 17 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and then garnish the baked Brie with the honey & slivered almonds. Serve with crostini or crackers.
