8-ounce wheel of Brie
½ cup fig jam
¼ cup sliced figs
½ cup Ferrante’s Grand River Valley Riesling
¼ cup slivered almonds
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon honey
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the Brie in a small oven-safe skillet, and place the skillet on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine fig jam, figs, Ferrante’s Grand River Valley Riesling, and orange zest. Spoon the mixture on top of the Brie.
- Bake until the cheese is heated through, 15 to 17 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and then garnish the baked Brie with the honey & slivered almonds. Serve with crostini or crackers.
