Join us in the Sky Room at the new Riverbend Hotel & Suites off historic Bridge Street in Ashtabula for an epic food & red wine pairing event! Tickets are $105 per person and packages are available that include an overnight stay at the hotel. Choose from River View or standard rooms.

Winegrowers of the Grand River Valley Cask Red Wine Project
The Cask Project began as an idea in 2010 to have continual red blends from the Grand River Valley. Each year, a percentage of the wine will be bottled and sold to make room for the next year’s harvest. The date on the bottle represents the year it began, “10,” and the year it was bottled, “25”. Each estate winery chose a different 500 gallon Cask barrel to fill with vinifera grapes from their own farms with wines crafted by their respective winemakers. Perpetually aged, perpetually oaked and annually refreshed with a new exceptional estate vintage. The blend at each location is unique. They are all extraordinary.
