  • Ferrante’s White Sangria

    Yield: 3-4 Servings

    INGREDIENTS
    ¼ cup sugar

    ¼ cup water

    8 oz. Ferrante’s Gruner Veltliner wine, chilled

    8 oz. Ferrante’s Gewurztraminer wine, chilled

    6 oz. Mango Nectar

    4 oz. Pineapple Juice

    Garnish: 1 slice of orange & mint leaves

     

     

    DIRECTIONS

    In a sauce pan on medium heat dissolve sugar in water, 2-3 minutes.   Remove from heat, cool set aside.

    Add all ingredients in a pitcher except for garnish items, mix thoroughly.

    • Fill large wine glass with ice.
    • Add Sangria, orange slice and mint leaf.

    Grilled Chicken, Burrata Mozzarella, Tomato, Balsamic Reduction, Pesto Pasta

    Wine Paired: 4oz. Grand River Valley Pinot Grigio

     

     

  • Blueberry Blanc Sangria

    Featured Wine Sangria For the Month of July at Ferrante Winery & Ristorante

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:

    1 Bottle Ferrante’s Blueberry Blanc Wine

    10 oz. Blueberry Pomegranate Juice

    8 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, defrosted but NOT diluted with water

    1 Lemon (½ juiced, ½ sliced for garnish)

    Fresh Basil for garnish

     

    Directions:

    • In a large pitcher, combine Ferrante’s Blueberry Blanc wine, blueberry pomegranate juice, lemonade and ½ juiced lemon, mix well.
    • Fill a large wine glass with ice, pour sangria blend, garnish with a lemon slice & basil leaves. Enjoy!
