Paired with Sparkling Moscato  

Second Course: Homemade Potato Gnocchi, Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Spinach, Fresh Herbs, Light Wine Crème

Paired with Grand River Valley Cabernet Franc 

*Main Course: Brined Mid Frenched Pork Chop, Kelly’s Salsa (Peach, Pineapple, Red Bell Pepper, Onions, Cilantro) Riesling Peach Reduction, Riesling Quinoa, Garnished with Toasted Coconut Crusted Onion Rings

*Pork can be substituted for Salmon, must specify when making reservation.
