Blueberry Chutney

Ferrante’s Blueberry Chutney

Serves: 4


1 bag frozen blueberries

1 pints fresh blueberries

1 cup Blueberry Blanc

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey


  1. Add all the ingredients in a large sauce pan, bring to a simmer on medium heat.
  2. Cook until sauce is thickened, about 10 minutes.
  3. Spoon Blueberry Chutney on vanilla ice cream or baked brie!
