Ice Wine Whipped Cream

Yield: 2 cups whipped cream

 

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Ferrante’s Vidal Blanc Ice Wine

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

 

Directions:

Place mixing bowl in the freezer for 12-15 minutes.

Place the sugar in the mixing bowl, add Ferrante’s Vidal Blanc Ice Wine & heavy whipping cream.

Turn mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks begin to form.   Serve a dollop on your favorite holiday pie!
